About
The Bey Mohamed El-Kebir constructed a new area, named the Derb, in the late 17th century. Qasr is the arabic term for castle.

To gain access, it is necessary to request the permission from security by the entrance gate who will most likely let you through. For tours & guides, it is possible to take in a minibus through the gate and park it just inside then walk to the castle.
Contact Info
The main entrance (which resembles the archway entrance of a fort) is at the end of Rue Meftah Kouider.

Directions
It is located near the Mosquee du Pacha which is on the corner of Rue Benamara and Boutkhil. The easiest way to get there is by starting at Place du 1er Novembre (Place d'Armes) and then taking Rue Mehali Mokhtar which leads all the way to the castle entrance.
